About the Opportunity

As a Spa Therapist at RACV, you will be part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our members and guests. This isn't just about treatments, it's about delivering moments of relaxation and rejuvenation that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver a range of skilled spa treatments including thoughtfully curated spa rituals, massage, facials and body treatments.
n
Maintain treatment rooms, spa equipment, and member amenities to high hygiene and presentation standards.
n
Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training and development.
n




Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and increase spa visitation and revenue with a focus on guest retention
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
n
Previous experience in a spa environment, ideally within a hotel or independent operator.
n
Prior day spa or beauty industry experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments and massage essential
n
n
Due to the 7day/week nature of the operation, flexibility is required to assist with occasional unscheduled or on call duties and will require a presence on weekends.
