We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to manage two 5-7 day a week high volume cafes/takeaways in UQ St Lucia, both running with 5-6 staff members per shift, where uniformity and consistency is a must.
n
We are looking for someone who can lead two teams efficiently in a direct, organised and fair manner. The ideal candidate must also have positive Barista skills, food handling experience and excellent customer service skills.
n
The hours are predominately Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm day time hours but we will need you to step up for some afternoon shifts and weekends, if and when required.

Duties include:

Managing a team
n
Staff Training
n
Cafe Roster
n
Ordering Stock
n
Stock rotation
n
Preparing Food
n
Making Coffee
n
Catering
n
POS
n
Banking
n
Follow strict food safety practices and complete relevant documentations.
n
n
You will need to be able to implement these systems without guidance on a daily basis and lead by example.
