About the role
n
Sydney Action Park is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead the maintenance and presentation of the park's extensive gardens, grounds and outdoor spaces.
n
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising a small landscaping team while ensuring the park maintains a safe, high-quality and visually impressive environment for guests.
n
Working in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting, you will coordinate daily landscaping operations, oversee maintenance schedules and contribute to the continued development and presentation of one of NSW's most exciting tourism destinations.
n

Skills and experience
n

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
n




Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation systems and plant care
n
Experience operating landscaping equipment, machinery and tools safely
n
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
n
Proven ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
n
Flexibility in working hours to meet operational requirements
n
Current manual NSW driver's license
n
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping and grounds team
n
Maintain gardens, lawns, pathways and outdoor attractions to exceptional standards
n
Monitor irrigation systems, plant health and seasonal landscaping requirements
n
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and machinery
n
Assist with project planning, planting programs and park improvements
n
Maintain workplace health and safety standards across all landscape operations
n
Support management in delivering an outstanding guest experience through exceptional park presentation
n
