Care Manager – Residential Aged Care
n $155,000 – $160,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

The Opportunity
n
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll work as part of a strong clinical leadership structure alongside three Care Managers and an experienced RN team.
n
You'll play a key role in:
n
n
Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
n
Providing clinical leadership and guidance to RNs, ENs and care staff.
n
Driving strong clinical governance, compliance and quality outcomes.
n
Monitoring clinical indicators, incidents and care outcomes.
n
Supporting and developing your team through coaching and mentorship.
n
Building positive relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.
n
Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of care.
n

About You

AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
Previous experience working as a Care Manager within Residential Aged Care
n
Robust clinical leadership and people management skills
n
A sound understanding of aged care quality, compliance and clinical governance
n
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
