Kari Maitz Property is a locally owned and growing agency seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager who wants to take the next step in their property management career.
n
This is more than a standard portfolio management role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with KPJM, build and lead a strong support team, and progress into the position of Director of Property Management.
n
We approach property management as a dedicated business division, with the same focus on growth, performance and client relationships as a successful sales department.
n
The role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
n
Overseeing a residential property portfolio
n
Conducting inspections and preparing reports
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
Managing applications, leases and renewals
n
Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
n
Supporting and mentoring team members
n
Developing efficient systems and procedures
n




Helping grow the property management division and support team
n
n
This role does not include trust accounting duties.
n
About you
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Three to five years' residential property management experience
n
Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
n
Leadership skills and the ambition to manage a division
n
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
n
Confidence handling challenging situations professionally
n
Experience using property management software
n
Solid attention to detail
n
A current driver's licence and relevant real estate qualifications
n
