Warehouse Storeperson

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join a busy warehouse operation. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who is confident working independently and can manage day‐to‐day warehouse activities with minimal supervision.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse, including receiving deliveries, managing stock and inventory, pallet handling and general warehouse duties.
n
The role also involves manual handling and the safe decanting of chemicals for laboratory staff, so experience working with hazardous goods is essential.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Receive, process and prepare deliveries, including pallet handling
n
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
n
Organise stock and maintain general warehouse housekeeping
n
Complete stock replenishment and daily task lists
n
Safely perform manual handling duties
n




Assist with chemical decanting for laboratory staff
n
Operate warehouse equipment including walkie stackers and pallet jacks
n
Support general warehouse operations as required
n
Work independently while effectively managing competing priorities
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Demonstrated experience operating a walkie stacker
n
Previous pallet jack experience
n
Experience handling hazardous goods
n
Strong manual handling capability
n
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
n
A versatile attitude and willingness to assist across a range of warehouse tasks
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to reliably attend site Monday to Friday
n
n
You must reside locally and be able to reliably show up
n
Desirable
n
n
Warehouse Management certification or a similar relevant qualification
n
