About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle deliveries, managing customer communication, and ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience from start to finish. Working closely with multiple departments, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations, resolving issues quickly, and supporting the delivery process within a rapid-paced EV dealership setting.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Planning: Organizing schedules, routes, and personnel for product delivery.
Customer Communication: Confirming delivery times, answering inquiries, and managing customer expectations.
Order Management: Reviewing, processing, and tracking orders for accuracy.
Problem Solving: Handling last-minute adjustments, delays, or issues during transport.
Documentation: Preparing shipping paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
About You




At least one year of customer-facing experience with strong customer service skills.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a robust sense of initiative and a goal-oriented mindset.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new products and systems.
A high standard of personal and professional presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple business units.
Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
Full working rights in Australia.
Flexibility to work within a rotating roster, including weekends as required.
A current
full NSW Driver's Licence
with a safe driving record, which must be maintained throughout employment.
