About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover and the defects liability period,
ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients while leading high-performing project teams.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion
n
Developing and maintaining project programs, budgets and procurement strategies
n
Managing subcontractor engagement, contract administration and project reporting
n
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and project specifications
n
Driving strong financial performance and project outcomes
n
Maintaining a solid focus on WHS&E; compliance and risk management
n
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
Leading, mentoring and developing project teams to achieve exceptional resultsn
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
n
n
3-5 years' experience delivering commercial fitout, refurbishment and construction projects as a Project Manager with a head contractor.
n
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
n
Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
n
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, risk management and safety requirements
n
Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire high-performing project teams
n
