About the role
n
As Executive Assistant to the South Australia State Director, you will provide high-level executive, administrative, project, and advisory support, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's office. Your responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating travel and office activities, overseeing communications, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This diverse and rewarding role offers opportunities to contribute beyond traditional executive support, drawing on your skills and interests in event and project management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, networking, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Working closely with the South Australia Leadership Team, you will also provide governance and administrative support to the SA Divisional Council and Chair. As a trusted point of contact for the State Director, you will support operational
planning,monitoringand
reporting processes, while helping to deliver strategic engagement activities, communications, and events.

What you will bring to the role:

Proven experience in an Executive Assistant,
Executive Support, or administrative management role, with the ability to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment.
n
A demonstrated ability to work respectfully, effectively, and inclusively with people from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and communities.
n
Outstandingorganisationalskills,
with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines,
andmaintainattention
to detail.
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to provide feedback, contribute ideas,
andidentifyopportunities
for improvement.

Experience in project coordination, event management, and/or content development, with the ability to deliver quality outcomes and support strategic initiatives.

Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
