Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready to take the next step in your career? Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join our Isuzu Trucks team in Lismore and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the performance of our busy service department.

About the Role
n
As Senior Service Advisor, you'll be a key link between our customers, technicians and service team. You'll manage customer interactions from booking through to vehicle delivery, ensuring repairs are clearly communicated, completed efficiently and delivered to a high standard.
n
You'll also provide guidance to the wider Service Advisor team, support workshop workflow and help drive customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage customer bookings, enquiries, repair orders and vehicle updates.
n
Provide quotes, explain repairs and obtain customer approvals.
n
Coordinate workshop workflow and keep customers updated on vehicle progress.
n
Build strong relationships with customers and fleet operators.
n
Support and mentor Service Advisors while maintaining high service standards.
n
Drive workshop productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability and compliance.
n
n
About You
n
You'll be an experienced Service Advisor with strong automotive knowledge,



exceptional customer service skills and the confidence to take on a senior position within a busy truck dealership.
n
You'll Bring:

n
Previous Service Advisor experience, ideally in automotive or truck servicing.
n
Strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service skills.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
n
Robust organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
n
Confident mentoring team members and working collaboratively.
n
Strong computer literacy, dealership systems experience and current Driver Licence.
n
