We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Sales/Administration
Officer to join our team at Outback Insulation Pty Ltd in Narangba, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing
n
Handling all incoming sales enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
n
Generating quotes from Builders plans and processing customer orders
n
Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
n
Providing general office support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry
n
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
n




Sound computer knowledge with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
n
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
n
