Job Description

As a Section Waiter inMarmelo, you willbe responsible for managing your own section, ensuring high levelsof service are consistently delivered.You'llbe the face of the restaurant to our guests – welcoming, serving, and engaging with them to ensure they enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide productive and attentive service to guests within yoursection
n
Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence andcare
n
Alwaysmaintaincleanliness
and presentation of your section
n
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth serviceflow

Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly
n

Qualifications
n
Requirements:
n
n
Previousexperience in a fine dining establishment or hatted restaurant is preferred.
n
Exceptional customer service skills,strong
communicationabilities,
and a polisheddemeanour.
n
Proficiencyin wine service and an understanding of food and beverage pairings.
n
A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meethigh standards.
n
Must have a valid Victorian RSA
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.
