We are also seekingexperienced Control Room Operatorsto join our team on aFull-Time basis.
Applicants for the Control Room Operator position must have aminimum of 3 years' control room experienceand be available to work full-time.
As aRetail Security Officer, you will play an important role in creating a safe, secure and welcoming environment for customers, retailers and centre staff.
You will combine a highly visible security presence with outstanding customer service, helping to protect people, property and assets while contributing to a positive retail experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conducthigh-visibility internal and external patrolsthroughout the retail centre
Monitor CCTV and respond promptly toincidents,



alarms and emergencies
Maintain a professional security presence while deliveringexceptional customer service
Monitor access points and enforcesite policies, procedures and security requirements
Assist customers and retailers with enquiries, directions and general assistance
Liaise professionally withCentre Management, retailers, emergency services and contractors
Identify and reporthazards, suspicious behaviour and security risks
Complete accurate and timelyincident reports and daily activity logs
Assist withemergency evacuations, incidents and other emergency situations
Maintain a high standard ofprofessionalism, presentation and conductat all times
About You
We are looking for people who are reliable, professional and take pride in providing bothsecurity and customer service excellence.
You will have:
A currentNSW Security Licence
CurrentFirst Aid and CPR certification
Previous retail security experiencehighly regarded, but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strongconflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
A professional presentation andcustomer-focused approach
The ability to remain calm, alert and qualified under pressure
Strong observation skills and the ability to respond appropriately to incidents
A reliable and punctual approach to work




Flexibility to workrotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays
The ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of a team
Control Room Operators
For Control Room Operator positions, you will additionally require:
A minimum of3 years' previous control room experience
Strong CCTV monitoring and incident response experience
Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
The ability to manage multiple incidents and priorities in a fast-paced environment
