Priceline Pharmacy Gowrie is seeking a motivated Intern Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time position, with an immediate start available.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
As our Intern Pharmacist, you will work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist while developing the practical knowledge and professional skills required for your pharmacy career.
n
n
Preparing prescriptions accurately and efficiently under pharmacist supervision
n
Counselling customers on prescription and over-the-counter medicines under supervision
n
Supporting the provision of Dose Administration Aids
n
Providing professional and approachable customer service
n
Practising in accordance with relevant legislation and professional guidelines
n




Following pharmacy policies and procedures
n
Building positive relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals
n
Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
n
n
A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent completed before commencement
n
Eligibility for provisional registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
n
A strong focus on patient-centred care
n
Clear and effective communication skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
The ability to work effectively within a busy pharmacy team
n
A genuine desire to learn and develop as a pharmacist
n
n
SALARY & BENEFITS

$33–$40+ per hour, depending on experience and negotiable
n
