Felons Seafood at Manly Wharf is looking for passionate Cooks to join our kitchen team.
n
Set right on the water at Manly Wharf, Felons Seafood is all about fresh produce, quality seafood, great drinks and an energetic atmosphere. We're looking for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out consistently great food.

Key responsibilities include:
n

Preparing and cooking food to our recipes and quality standards
n
Working across different sections of the kitchen as required
n
Supporting the chefs during busy service periods
n
Ensuring food is prepared, stored and handled safely
n
Keeping your workstation clean, organised and ready for service
n
Working as part of a team to deliver great food and memorable guest experiences
n

What we are looking for:

Previous kitchen or cook experience is preferred
n
A genuine interest in food and hospitality
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
Someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and help the team
n
Availability across evenings and weekends
