About the Role
Based in Hobart, you'll spend most of your day travelling between customer sites in a Flick service vehicle, servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene systems and products.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive reliable, professional, and high-quality service while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain washroom hygiene products
Complete urinal and washroom hygiene treatments
Follow a planned service schedule and customer routes
Deliver exceptional customer service at every site




Identify customer needs and provide solutions where appropriate
Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and stock are maintained and organised
Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and moderate lifting
Comfortable driving throughout Hobart and surrounding areas
Professional in appearance and communication
Safety-conscious and committed to quality service
Essential Requirements
Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
Ability to securely store company vehicle and stock when required
Current Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check (or ability to obtain)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to comply with customer site health and vaccination requirements where applicable
Experience
Previous experience in cleaning, hygiene services, customer service, delivery driving, facilities maintenance, or a similar field is highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the right candidate.
