About the Role
As aCare Worker, you'll support clients at home and in the community, helping them live with dignity, independence, and confidence.
Your day may include:
Assisting with personal care, meals, medication prompts, and daily routines
Providing social support and companionship
Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, or outings




Supporting independence and wellbeing in line with individual care plans
No two days are the same—and full training and ongoing support are provided.

What We're Looking For
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (or similar)
Experience in aged care, disability, or community support
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain – we reimburse the cost)
Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR
Most importantly:a caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
