We're looking forfast, switched-on baristasto join our Tweed Heads team.
Next Door is ahigh-volume café pumping through 10kg+ of coffee a day.
Basic barista experience is fine, what matters most to us isspeed, attitude, reliability and your ability to learn quickly.
You'll startcasual at Level 2 Food & Beverage, with opportunities to move intofull-time hours and Level 3 positionsfor team members who pick up our systems quickly, perform consistently and want to progress.
The Role
Our drinks bar is split acrosshot coffee + iced drinks, and we train our baristas across both.
You'll be rostered between stations and learn how our full drinks operation works.
Shifts generally range from5–8 hours,
You must be availableat least one weekend day per week.
We're also building our team now ahead of ourbusy Christmas/summer period, so availability over summer is a big plus.
