We're looking for an experiencedBehaviour Support Practitionerto join our team, supporting participants across The Illawarra Region.
This is a role where you'll be trusted to do your best work - with the backing of a supportive team and leadership that understands the realities of the job.
? What You'll Be Doing
Manage adiverse, community-based caseload
Conductfunctional behaviour assessments
Developperson-centred, evidence-informed Behaviour Support Plansaligned with NDIS goals
Delivermeaningful therapeutic interventionsthat build capacity and improve quality of life
Collaborate with families, carers, and support teams
Actively participate in ourclinical governance and supervision framework
? About You
Registered as anNDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, or a related field
Solid experience in specialist behaviour support
Passionate aboutperson-centred, ethical practice
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience across disability and/or health settings
CurrentWWCC,NDIS Worker Screening Check, and driver's licence
