About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Billabong Kids Central Woolgoolga as an Early Childhood Educator.
Working on a part-time, full-time, or casual basis, you will play a crucial role in providing quality early childhood education and care to children in our vibrant and nurturing centre.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes the wellbeing of all children
Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice
Assist in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups
Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes for qualified staff
About you
Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards these qualifications)
Hold a valid Working with Children Check
Have completed the mandatory Child Safe Training via Gecko




Are reliable, professional and willing to contribute to the centre
Can work collaboratively and positively as part of a team
Are passionate about providing high quality care and education for children and their families
Build warm and respectful relationships with children and families
