As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualised support with daily living, personal care, community participation and achieving personal goals.

About you
Previous disability/community support experience is desirable
Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services is desirable
Current First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check, where applicable
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
