Job Description
Bravus Mining and Resources' Carmichael mine is an open cut thermal coal operation in the North Galilee Basin.
This role leads frontline drill & blast crews to safely deliver targets and drive operational excellence on a 7/7 roster.
Reporting to the Superintendent Drill & Blast, you will optimise equipment use, monitor performance, and mentor teams while ensuring safety, setting and statutory compliance across shifts.
