The Opportunity
n
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join the team in Hoppers Crossing.
n
Permanent position with a supportive team. Monday to Friday. 45 hours per week. Attractive remuneration on offer for the right experience.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate, detailed repair estimates
n
Liaising with insurers, customers, and the workshop team to manage job flow from quote to completion
n
Sourcing parts and ensuring estimates align with quality, time, and cost standards
n
Using estimating software to generate quotes in line with insurer and company guidelines
n
Maintaining strong communication across the repair process to keep jobs on track
n
Adhering to all WHS policies and procedures
n
n




What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience as an Estimator within the automotive or collision repair industry
n
Strong knowledge of estimating software (e.g. Audatex, PartsPoint or similar)
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
n
Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
n
