About the role The Administration Officer is accountable to the Administrative Manager, Corporate Administrative Services, for the provision of a confidential secretarial, reception,



and administrative service to Paediatric Outpatient Services.
The incumbent will perform duties autonomously and undertake responsibilities for more complex duties as directed by the Administrative Manager Key duties of the role Provide a comprehensive, confidential medical administrative service to Paediatric Outpatient Services Ensuring the maintenance of confidential patient Unit Records by accurate filing of reports, results, and tracking to the appropriate departments Attendance and active participation in career development training and education sessions as required Assist in the general efficient and effective running of Paediatric Outpatient Services Contributing to a cohesive, positive workplace environment between Paediatric Outpatient Services and the Medical Records Department Skills and Experience Demonstrated competency in Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and Teams Demonstrated initiative and good organisational skills, ability to set priorities, work under pressure,
