Job Description Develop and manage rebate agreements and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Analyse rebate data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate rebate calculations and reporting.
Oversee the reconciliation of rebate accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve rebate strategies and performance.
Ensure timely and accurate payments of rebates to stakeholders.




Maintain strong documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.
The Successful Applicant A successful Rebates Transformation Manager will be able to demonstrate: Robust expertise in accounting and finance, specifically in rebate management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data effectively.
Microsoft D365 experience.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
