This is a genuinely well-supported role where you can focus on managing your portfolio, building strong client relationships and delivering great service — without being pulled in every direction.
The Role Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties Manage landlord and tenant relationships Handle arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters Issue notices and breaches as required Monitor tenant accounts Conduct onsite meetings with owners and tenants when required Deliver exceptional customer service Dedicated full-time Leasing Consultant, Support with inspections, Shared PM Administrator and Receptionist for support!
