Hunter Manning is proud to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing agile organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Officer on a permanent basis.
Based in Perth , this newly created role presents a rare opportunity to join a business in an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
As a key member of the finance team, you will report directly to the CFO and Founder to play a pivotal role in shaping the Accounts Payroll processes.
You will be doing a wide variety of tasks across multiple entities from processing invoices up to trial balance - day in day out.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial transactions including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
Maintain accurate financial records and support year-end accounting and tax processes.
Assist management with financial planning and operational forecasting.
Review and improve financial processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
About You:



3+ years experience within a multi-entity commercial environment or Accounting Practice.
Experience operating at Bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant level.
Experienced in intercompany transactions reconciliations.
Demonstrated success in driving business improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
