This role is responsible for delivering Cabin Cleaning services on behalf of Star Aviation to Airline customers.

Service Delivery
n
n
Deliver Cabin Cleaning services on behalf of Star Aviation customers inaccordance with the Airlines procedures under the direction of aTeam Leadern
n
Cleaning the aircraft interior, including but not limited to seats, side walls, ceiling panels, carpet, galleys and cabin lavatories
n
waste removal
n
linen change
n
Stock replenishment
n
n
Ensure compliance and safety regulations are met to the highest standard at all times and Meeting the On Time Performance of the aircraft
n
Represent both the Airline and Star to the highest-level ensuring
customersatisfaction
n
Work either alone or as part of a team
n
Actively participate in undertaking duties in a protected, professional manner
n




Ensure at all times you act in accordance with Star's guidelines and procedures
n

Management of GSE
n
n
Ensure the safe and secure operation of all equipment
n
Report equipment malfunction to the Team Leader
n
Where qualified, operate Ground Service equipment (GSE) in accordance with correct procedures
n
A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
n
A valid authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA) - desirable
n
Competent in the operational requirements of Cabin Cleaning
n
Physically fit and able to perform lifting and bending
n
Understanding of the aviation industry
n
Excellent organisation and time management skills
n
Working in a high-pressure environment and to strict timelines
n
Customer focus to deliver exceptional service
n
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
n
Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
n
Health and Safety Training
n
Capable of Incident Report writing, in plain and clear English
