The Role:: As a Junior Property Management Assistant, you'll work closely with the Head of Leasing and Property Management team, assisting with the day-to-day management of a premium residential portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, skilled and eager to learn, with entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include:



Conducting routine inspections Completing ingoing condition reports Reporting any problems or issues to the Property Manager Hosting open homes Assisting with leasing activities and inspections Liaising with landlords, tenants and prospective tenants Providing general support to the Property Management team That's right – no portfolio, no chasing arrears and no endless paperwork.
You'll be focused on the field-based side of property management while being fully supported by an experienced team.
