SAP Program Manager Contract - 12 months + 24 months Melbourne / Hybrid Must be an Australian Citizen Security Clearance a bonus We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead a major, multi-year ERP modernisation program within a large Australian public-sector organisation.
This is a senior delivery role responsible for the end-to-end planning, governance and delivery of an SAP transformation, including SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors across Finance, HR, Payroll and workforce management.
About the role You will lead a complex transformation program from planning through to implementation, go-live and transition to support.
You will work closely with senior executives, business stakeholders, technology teams, Systems Integrators and other delivery partners to ensure successful program outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Lead overall ERP program delivery, governance, planning, risks, dependencies, benefits and executive reporting.
Oversee SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementation across Finance, HR and Payroll.
Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
Coordinate design, build, integration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
Manage Systems Integrators, vendors and delivery partners.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology.




Lead multidisciplinary teams through a complex, multi-year transformation.
Ensure delivery aligns with established enterprise governance and delivery frameworks.
About you You will be an experienced ERP/SAP program leader with a strong track record delivering complex technology transformations.
You will ideally bring: Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP implementation programs.
10+ years' experience managing complex technology programs.
Strong experience across Finance, HR, Payroll and/or workforce transformation.
Proven experience managing large-scale programs across scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk and dependencies.
Strong governance, executive stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Experience across integration, data migration, testing, cutover and transition.
Solid understanding of enterprise technology, cloud, data, security and architecture.
Experience working within large government or similarly complex enterprise environments.
SAP Activate, Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL or ADKAR experience would be advantageous.
This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a significant ERP transformation, with Finance and HR systems targeted for go-live by June ****.
