What you will be doing ? ? Shifts on offer between - Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm Saturday 9am to 6pm fortnightly • Offering support in the home and the community • Supporting our participant with mental health needs • Providing personal care including showering, toileting,



feeding and dressing • Assisting with community participation and recreation programs • Following individual support plans • Completing clear and factual handover notes and incident reports • Using Manual handling skills Why you will love working with us ✨ • Supportive and inclusive team culture • Ongoing training and development • Hourly rate based on the SCHADS Award • Meaningful work that makes a real difference What you will bring ? • Confident working with a participant who may display behaviours of concern including distress, agitation, or physical escalation • Robust computer skills are essential for daily documentation, reporting, and communication • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain • Current First Aid Certificate CPR • Qualifications in Disability or Community Services or equivalent relevant experience Who we are ?
