Now in its 15th season, Activities in the Park is a well-established program that delivers free and low-cost activities across the Greater Shepparton region, encouraging active lifestyles, social interaction, and improved health and wellbeing.
As a Facilitator, you will help create welcoming and enjoyable experiences that encourage involvement, foster a sense of belonging, and support positive wellbeing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate a range of activities for individuals, families,



and groups Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with participants Assist with event set up, pack down, and equipment management Support the safe and effective delivery of activities Work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, reliable, and adaptable approach to work Interest in recreation, engagement, health, or wellbeing Ability to work across a seven day roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays Ability to take initiative and work confidently with minimal supervision It is a prerequisite of this position that the incumbent holds and maintains a current: Working with Children Check First Aid Qualification (HLTAID011 including CPR or equivalent) Applicants with Lifeguard, Fitness, Recreation, Sport, or Health related qualifications are encouraged to apply.
