Join a leading master developer in UAE for large scale master developments About Our Client Our client is a well-established real estate developer with an extensive portfolio of large-scale residential, mixed-use and master-planned developments across the UAE Job Description * Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and execution of development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines * Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government authorities, and strategic partners, to facilitate project approvals and smooth execution * Provide strategic guidance on design and master planning, ensuring alignment with market demands and emerging trends * Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure the successful realization of the project's vision and business case * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development function, optimizing processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for recent developments, maximizing market penetration and revenue generation * Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices,
