We're looking for a bright, friendly and people-focused superstar to join our team at Triggerpoint Health!

We're a busy remedial massage and chiropractic clinic that genuinely cares about our clients and creating a warm, welcoming experience.
n
We're looking for someone who can bring personality, energy and warmth to our front desk, while also helping us create fun and engaging social media content.
n
THE ROLE
n
This is a casual position of approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for extra hours when needed.
n
Clinic hours:
n Monday-Friday: 8am-7pm
n Saturday: 8am-2pm
n
Your role will include:
n
n
Welcoming and building relationships with clients
n
Answering phones and enquiries
n
Managing bookings and payments
n
HICAPS/health fund transactions
n
Supporting our practitioners and keeping reception running smoothly
n
Creating content for Instagram and Facebook
n
Taking photos/videos and creating Stories and Reels
n
Helping showcase our team,



clinic and services
n
Helping with general clinic cleaning, laundry and keeping the clinic clean, tidy and welcoming
n
Following high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the clinic
n
