The Role As Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring your portfolio is professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
n
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
n
Coordinate maintenance, inspections and contractor works.
n
Manage lease administration, renewals and rent reviews.
n
Monitor arrears, budgets and ensure legislative compliance.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in Commercial Property Management or Assistant Commercial Property Management.
n
Residential Property Managers looking to transition into commercial are encouraged to apply.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
Current South Australian Property Management Registration (or the ability to obtain).
