Job Description
Holistic Management and Consultancy – Ourimbah NSW
n
Educate ELC is a Central Coast-based, non-profit early childhood education and care organisation, operating a growing network of OOSH and long daycare centres. We are a small but well-capitalised organisation with significant growth potential, and we are looking for an experienced, part-time Marketing Manager to help drive that growth.
n
This is a rare three-day-a-week role: based on the Central Coast and reporting to the General Manager, offering genuine autonomy in a purpose-driven, non-profit environment, without the pressures of the corporate childcare model or a long commute to the city.
n
You will play a key role in shaping how our organisation is known and experienced by families, the community and our own employees.
n
As Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
n
Develop and deliver a comprehensive Marketing and Community Partnerships strategy that builds brand awareness across the Central Coast and any future regional areas the organisation expands into.
n
Manage our advertising, social media and digital marketing channels - currently limited - and grow these to expand our reach.
n
Own our PR and media relations, ensuring consistent and engaging representation of our organisation and its unique value proposition.
n
Contribute and support the GM during community consultation activities that build genuine partnerships and awareness with like-minded local community and health organisations, as well as positive relationships with government and regulatory bodies.
n
Create high-quality content to support grant submissions and funding proposals as opportunities arise.
n
Manage an annual marketing strategy and budget as confirmed with the GM, with a focus on robust enrolments as our key measure of impact.
n
Qualifications & Requirements
n
Minimum 5 years ' experience in marketing, communications or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and delivering annual marketing strategies and budgets.
n
Comprehensive digital marketing skills, with a commitment to staying on top of emerging artificial intelligence capabilities - expertise isn't required, but a genuine interest in staying current is.
n
Ability to support building and maintaining relationships with community organisations, government stakeholders and other partners.
n
Desirable, but not essential:
n
Experience in childcare, early education or a related sector.
n
Experience working within a non-profit organisation.
