Job Description
You'll be responsible for supporting and improving the company's Microsoft and network infrastructure, with a strong focus on reliability, security and effective technology services.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft Purview.
n
Managing Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group lifecycles, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance and SSO.
n
Managing Microsoft 365 security, compliance, licensing and governance.
n
Developing and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document management structures and governance standards.
n
Supporting Microsoft Fabric, including data integration, dataflows, storage and Power BI integration.
n
Supporting LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers and wireless infrastructure.
n
Managing IP addressing, DHCP, DNS and VLANs.
n
Configuring and supporting remote-access and site-to-site VPN solutions.
n
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
n
Supporting Azure networking integrations with on-premises environments.
n
Maintaining network documentation, diagrams and configuration standards.
n
Working with vendors and service providers to resolve network and infrastructure issues.
n
Supporting infrastructure security controls and participating in incident, problem and change management activities.
n

About You
n
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring:
n
n
Robust experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
n
Proven experience with SharePoint Online administration, governance and information architecture.
n
Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure.
n
Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA and identity security controls.
n
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and modern data platforms.
n
Experience working within hybrid cloud environments.
n
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation and communication skills.
