Are you a leader with a strong electrical background? We're looking for a dynamic Electrical Integration Team Leaderto join our team at our QLD site!

What You'll Do:
n
n
Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.
n
Co-ordinate daily operations, resource allocation and order execution.
n
Support cost control and efficiency initiatives within the team.
n
Report operational updates to the production manager.
n
Champion safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
n
Foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture where people thrive and processes improve.
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality standards, and all relevant electrical regulations.
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Trade qualifications in Electrical Fitting.




n
3+ years' hands-on electrical experience, ideally with LV switchboards and control panels.
n
1+ years' managing and developing teams in a production or manufacturing setting.
n
A passion for quality, safety, and customer service.
n
n
