Senior Procurement Specialist | Cyber & Technology Programs

This EL1-level opportunity will suit an experienced procurement skilled who can lead complex end-to-end procurement, provide strategic commercial advice, manage financial and probity requirements, and work confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Essential Tasks:
n
n
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including market engagement, tender development, contract negotiation and execution.
n
Manage contractual frameworks, financial commitments, procurement risks, probity requirements and supplier performance.




n
Coordinate procurement activities through AusTender, DS4P and BuyICT while ensuring compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the PGPA Act.
n
Provide strategic procurement, financial and risk advice to senior stakeholders across complex cyber and technology initiatives.

Key Criteria:
n
n
Strong experience delivering complex Commonwealth procurement and contract management activities.
n
Expert knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules, procurement governance, probity and the PGPA framework.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage financial alignment across ODA, Non-ODA and Departmental funding sources.
n
Experience working with procurement and financial systems and tools such as AusTender, BuyICT, DS4P and SAP.
