We're currently looking for 2x experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join a national industry leader, working across a premium portfolio of commercial high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD. You'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a dedicated portfolio of commercial high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD. Working alongside a skilled team of technicians, you'll enjoy consistent sites, established client relationships, and exposure to a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment.

About the Role – Day to Day Duties:
n
n
Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive breakdowns on commercial HVAC systems
n
Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a range of commercial air conditioning and mechanical systems
n
Service equipment including package units, split systems, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs,



pumps, package units and associated plant
n
Complete routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur
n
Provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades and replacement works
n
Liaise with supervisors, coordinators and building management to ensure works are completed efficiently
n
Maintain accurate service reports and compliance documentation
n
Deliver a high level of customer service while building strong client relationships
n
Work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician (Cert III Air Conditioning and Refrigeration)
n
Restricted Electrical Licence
n
Experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
n
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload
n
Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
Ability to successfully pass a Police Check and pre-employment medical if required
n
