Your Responsibilities




n
Educate customers on the benefits of solar PV systems and energy-efficient reverse-cycle air conditioning, and how they reduce power bills and reliance on the grid.
n
Guide customers through available government rebates (including VEU) and financing to help them save on energy costs.
n
Build robust relationships with customers and address any concerns with confidence and care.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Hardworking and Results-Driven: Committed to hitting targets and putting in the work required.
n
Able to Meet Our KPIs: Consistent target achievement is essential; failure to hit KPIs may lead to termination.
n
Experience in Phone Sales: At least 3+ years of phone sales experience, ideally in solar, air conditioning/HVAC, VEU, or renewable energy.
n
Full-Time Position: 12-month contract with ongoing opportunities.
n
Base Salary: $*****k base package (based on experience), plus 12.0% superannuation.
n
OTE Potential: Up to an additional $108,500 annually in uncapped commissions.
n
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:15 am – 5:45 pm, with a 60-minute lunch break.
n
Location: Hybrid — work from home and in-office (split earned through KPIs).
