What You'll Drive
TheEmployee and Industrial Relations Consultantis responsible for leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs, projects, and services that provide strategic employee and industrial relations leadership across TAFE SA.
To provide expert employee and industrial relations leadership and advice that supports TAFE SA to achieve its strategic and operational objectives.
The role delivers expert advice and high-quality case management services to support complex and sensitive industrial and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with South Australian public sector legislation and industrial instruments.
The Skills You Bring
Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive people matters, exercising sound judgement, initiative, and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality.




Extensive experience interpreting industrial legislation and HR policies, providing expert employee and industrial relations advice through a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
Strong experience leading Industrial Relations projects, services, and policy development to achieve strategic organisational goals.
Highly developed negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships across diverse groups.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and deliver high-quality advice, recommendations, and outcomes.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
