About the role
You'll take full ownership of your site — from mobilisation through to handover — managing subcontractors, programme, safety and quality on a $35M commercial build.
You'll be well supported and part of a broader project delivery team, rather than working in isolation.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to be told what to do; we want someone who can run the site.
About you
Proven delivery experience on commercial construction projects
Comfortable managing builds up to $35M in value
Delivery discipline and calm leadership under pressure
Ability to take ownership of complex builds with tight timeframes
Solid subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Alice Springs
