Stag Electrical Solar And Refrigeration is seeking a Head of Sales to own our national sales function from Sydney.
You will lead a remote team of Sales Consultants and Appointment Setters, set targets, forecast performance and drive conversion and pipeline discipline.
The role focuses on building the team, improving accountability and scaling the sales operation across Australia, reporting to the Managing Director with direct influence on strategy.
