Job Description
We're looking for a strong, versatile Senior Lead Developer tobuild and enhance up-to-date applications across the full technology stack.
Thisrole needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices,and practical cloud exposure, rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, refactor, and maintain end‐to‐endapplications (backend, frontend, integrations).
Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leaderson user stories,



design, documentation, and testing.
Implement high‐quality, maintainable solutionsusing agreed engineering standards and design patterns.
Write and maintain unit tests; participatein and lead code reviews.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, developertooling, and automation.
Work with containerised and cloud‐hostedapplications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Python for application and systems development – strongworking experience (7+ years preferred)
Docker , Git
Terraform
Build, packaging, and release processes
Practical exposure to AWS or similar cloudplatforms
CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)
Understanding of:
Cloud‐hosted architectures
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI‐assisted/agentic developertools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
