Job Description
Townsville City Council is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator to monitor and optimise treatment plants across multiple facilities in Townsville.
You will perform testing, reporting, and maintenance tasks to ensure safe and compliant operations and environmental performance.
The role requires robust problem solving, teamwork, and a safety-focused approach, with on-call duties and the ability to work across sites.
This fixed-term position offers a 9 day fortnight, 38 hours/week.
