Core Wealth Groupis a professional financial services businesses coveringFinancial Planning and Lendingservices, with established client bases located on the northern side of Hillarys Marina.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join our dynamic and friendly team.
This role is ideal for someone with some administration experience who is looking to grow their skills across both businesses and build a long-term career within the financial services industry.
You will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge, with the opportunity to progress into a Financial Planning Client Service Assistant role as your experience grows.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' administration experience, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work and is eager to grow within our business.
Working in a small to medium business setting with a high performing team, your key responsibilities will be split across both organisations (Core Wealth Financial Planning and Core Wealth Finance) and include, but are not limited to:
General Administration
Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
Preparing tea, coffee and refreshments for clients and visitors
Appointment setting and diary management
Managing stationery and office supply orders
Working closely with other members of the team whilst having the ability to work autonomously
Providing other general administrative and client service responsibilities as required
Core Wealth Financial Planning
Processing forms and administrative paperwork
Maintaining accurate client records and databases
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Providing administrative support to advisers and other team members
Assisting in the preparation of information and documentation for client meetings
Core Wealth Finance
Providing administrative support to brokers
Track loan progress and follow up requirements
Monitor loans through approval and settlement stages
Coordinate with lenders and clients to meet settlement deadlines
Prepare settlement and post-settlement documentation
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
Minimum of 2 years experience in either an Administration or Client Service Assistant Role.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel.
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Your attention to detail will be of a high level and you will have the ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and work autonomously.
You will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and will enjoy being part of a collaborative team environment.
