About the Role
We are looking for atech-savvy and experienced Scheduling Team Leaderto lead our busy scheduling function inDulwich, SA.
This is akey workforce rolewith a direct impact on service quality.
You will lead the scheduling team, manage complex workforce requirements and work directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient rosters across services includingSchool ENs, SAPOL RNs and community nursing.
You will need to be confident managing a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, leading a team and using technology to drive efficient workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the scheduling team.
Build accurate rosters across multiple services and workforce requirements.
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand and meet rostering needs.
CoordinateSchool ENs, SAPOL RNs, community nursing and other clinical workforces.
Match staff based on qualifications, skills, availability and client requirements.
Manage changes, cancellations, replacements and short-notice workforce requirements.
Maintain strong client, employee and stakeholder relationships.
Monitor KPIs,
workforce gaps and team performance.
Produce accurate scheduling and workforce reports independently.
Identify and escalate issues that may impact service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement across scheduling systems and processes.
About You
Proven experience inrostering, scheduling or workforce coordination.
Previousteam leadership/people management experience.
Highlytech-savvywith robust systems and ATS/workforce platform capability.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Confident managing multiple priorities in ahigh-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make decisions quickly and take ownership.
Healthcare, aged care, disability or community services experience is highly desirable.
