Your Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing loan applications and delivering exceptional customer service. Your tasks will include:

Collecting and verifying documentation

Engaging with customers to understand their needs

Assessing application suitability

Creating loan contracts
n
Guiding customers through the application process
n

We're seeking someone with:

A positive, confident, and friendly demeanour

Experience in customer service or a similar role

A track record of meeting KPIs and targets

Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities
