We are seeking a Partnerships Specialist to manage and grow creator, affiliate, and gifting programmes. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused marketer who enjoys building brand advocacy, driving partner engagement, and supporting growth through creator collaborations.

Responsibilities

Manage creator gifting and affiliate programmes from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
n
Identify and recruit creators and affiliates aligned with the brand.
n
Track partner performance and provide insights to improve results.
n
Coordinate product seeding, campaign activations, and affiliate initiatives.
n
Ensure programme compliance and maintain strong partner engagement.
n
Collaborate with internal teams and oversee partnership administration support.
n

Qualifications
n

Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
n
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
n
Commercially minded with an understanding of affiliate performance and ROI.
n
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
